Shipping Policy

Production time

Personalized products are handmade to order in 2-5 business days (varies slightly by category). Production begins after payment confirmation — allow 5-30 minutes for processing before tracking appears.

U.S. shipping

Standard (3-7 business days): FREE on orders over $69; flat $6.99 below that.
Express (2-3 business days): calculated at checkout on eligible items after production.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. International orders may be subject to local customs fees, which are the recipient’s responsibility.

Order tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking link the moment your order ships (check inbox and spam). You can also track anytime on our Track Order page.

Delays and lost packages

If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days, contact us — we will open a carrier investigation and remake or refund lost U.S. packages at our cost.
