How long do personalized gifts take to make?

Most custom gifts are handmade to order in 2-5 business days, depending on the category and complexity. After production, U.S. standard shipping typically adds 3-7 business days. Need it faster? Express shipping is available at checkout on eligible items.

Can I return or exchange a personalized item?

Yes. YouGifts offers a 90-day return and exchange policy. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or with a personalization error that is our fault, we remake or refund it at our cost. If you simply changed your mind, unopened non-customized items can be returned within 90 days — see our Return Policy for details.

Can I modify or cancel my order after payment?

Personalized items enter production quickly. Cancellations and modifications are possible within 12 hours of payment — after production begins, changes can no longer be made. Contact us as early as possible and we will do our best.

What file format should photo uploads be?

For best results, upload high-resolution JPG or PNG files. Photos are printed exactly as uploaded, so crop and rotate before submitting. Our team checks every photo order; if an image is too low-quality to produce well, we will contact you before production.

How much is shipping?

U.S. standard shipping is free on orders over $69. Below that, flat-rate shipping applies at checkout. We ship worldwide with rates calculated at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards through secure checkout. All transactions are encrypted.

Will I see a preview before production?

For engraved and photo items, your on-screen personalization preview is exactly what we produce. For highly custom items (bobbleheads, custom sculptures), our artists may email a proof for approval before production.
